Ok you will add the measurement you are using for folding you will add it to ur shoulder measurement . Let assumed the shoulder is 8 inches after it the fabric has been folded in to 4 then add of to 6 inches to it , the first is i2 inches the distance is 2 inches then the second fold is 2 inch inches is the distance between them that will give the pleat step
